JHCC is relying on the technologies from National Engineering Research Center for Coatings as its support and firmly fosters the concept of "Science and Technology are Primary Productive Forces", staring at high technology closely, and innovating for further development.
JHCC has established a highly qualified technical team, who come mainly from Changzhou Paint Coatings Industry Research Institute, with high academic level and abundant practical experience in R & D and specialized in R & D and technical service of coil coatings, electrodeposition paint and automotive coatings. Most of them have been involved and completed the state or province level projects during the seventh, eighth, and ninth five-year-plan and "863" high-tech projects, which have won various awards at different level. JHCC has been titled the "High-Tech Enterprise" since the year of 2000.
